Sean Foley Performance creates individually tailored golf training and fitness plans when students arrive to help them achieve their goals. We utilize the greatest technologies and teaching methods to help students improve faster and make long term growth.


Here is an example Weekly Training Schedule:

Sunday - Arrival at the academy. Play golf or practice if time allows.
  Monday - Friday 
8:30 AM Breakfast
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Skill Building and Technique Training at Academy
12:00 - 1:00 PM Lunch
1:00 - 4:00 PM On-Course Golf Training
4:00 - 5:00 PM Fitness
5:00 - 6:00 PM Dinner

 Saturday - Departure Day - Students depart from the academy. They will be allowed to play golf or practice if time allows before their departure.


Winter Break / Spring Break

One week camps run Sunday through Saturday 

  1.  Winter Warm-Up Week - January 6 to 12 
  2.  Lunar New Year Week - February 3 to 9  

Spring Break Camps in 2019

  2. March 17 to 24
